Quanmin Plastic focuses on anti-corrosion solutions for industries including oil field, petrochemical industry, offshore platform, building, mining industry, water supply and drainage, fuel gas and storage tank. We specialize in producing and exporting coating systems for steel pipelines, including products for girth welds, fittings, elbows, tees, repair/renovation coatings, and tank lining coatings.
In 2000, as the first producer of two-layer and three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion protective tapes on mainland China, we established a factory covering an area of 6,600 square meters at Shengli Oilfield with an annual production capacity of 3,600 tons.
Over the past 26 years, we have developed over 30 pipeline coating products, including two-ply inner wrap PE tape, three-ply inner wrap PE tape, outer wrap PE tape, polyethylene seam tape, PVC bitumen tape, bitumen tape PE, PP fiber woven tape, visco-elastic tape, paintable visco-elastic tape, visco-elastic aluminum-coated strip, outer wrap PVC tape, PP fiber geotextile, non-woven polypropylene blanket, aluminum butyl tape, aluminum asphalt tape, petrolatum tape, primerless twist tape, 2layer-primerless wraparound sleeves, 3layer-primercontaining wraparound sleeves, wraparound sleeves PAS, tubular heat shrinkable sleeves, and more complementary materials.
Our products have undergone rigorous testing and comply with internationally recognized standards, including ISO, NACE, ASTM, DIN, and BSI.

Shandong Quanmin Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded in the middle of the 1990s, originally named Huaxing Industrial/Dongying Quanmin Industrial Trade Co., Ltd., initially engaged in basic construction engineering and oilfield services.
In January, the project of steel pipeline corrosion protection material was formally approved.
After 16 months, we became China's first manufacturer to master proprietary technology for 2-ply/3-ply inner wrap PE tape/protective packaging tape and matching primer, establishing a factory in Shengli Oilfield with an annual production capacity of 3,600 tons and a production area of 6,600 square meters.
In October, approved by the Administration for Industry and Commerce, Shandong Quanmin Plastic Co., Ltd. has been renamed.
In December, the Shandong Quanmin Plastic Co., Ltd. Technology R&D Center was established.
In February, our company obtained the ISO9001 quality system certification issued by the New Century Certification Center.
In May, the PP fiber woven tape, jointly developed with U.S.-based Polycoat Company, was officially put into production and passed the appraisal by the China Society for Corrosion and Protection.
In June, the Trade Union Committee of Shandong Quanmin Plastic Co., Ltd. was formally established.
In July, our company's PP fiber braided tape was designated as a' Key New Product' after a joint review by two national ministries and three departments.
In September, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology officially awarded our company the title of "High-tech Enterprise."
In May, we were recognized as a 'Member Unit' by the Shandong Provincial Environmental Protection Industry Association.
In October, our company was awarded the 'AAA Credit Enterprise' by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and successfully launched its independently developed integrated polyethylene anti-corrosion tape (coiled tape).
In September, we were recognized as an "Advanced Enterprise in Quality Management" in Shandong Province.
In March, we successfully obtained the comprehensive certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 management systems with the China Square and Round mark.
In June, we were confirmed as a "Group Member" by the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection.
In August, production of epoxy asphalt cold-wrap tape and epoxy coating series began.
In May, we were awarded the "Productivity Promotion Prize" for small and medium enterprises in Shandong Province.
In June this year, the Party branch of Shandong Quanmin Plastic Co., Ltd. was officially established.
In September, we commenced production of UV-resistant tape.
In December, we were rated as "advanced equipment management enterprise" by Shandong Province.
In February, we were honored as a "Credible Unit" and "Contract-Honoring & Credit Enterprise" by Dongying City.
In May, a technical R&D cooperation agreement for epoxy powder was signed with Hebei Pibokete Company.
In June, we obtained import-export qualification.
In March, obtained the right to use China product barcodes and acquired the trademark registration rights for “Quanmin Brand”.
In May, successfully developed rubber-plastic epoxy coal tar asphalt-based tape.
In July, launched the production of polyethylene anti-corrosion coating series products for buried steel pipes.
In October, the production of radiation-crosslinked polyethylene heat-shrinkable joint sleeves and polyethylene repair materials commenced.
In December, it was certified as a “Metrology Qualified Unit” by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Technical Supervision.
In January, our company's polyethylene tape coating material passed the SGS international inspection and certification.
In August, a long-term co-manufacturing agreement for heat-shrinkable products was signed with Korea's SAMHWA Co.
In April, our polyethylene tape coating product passed DVGW international inspection and certification.
In May, we introduced heavy-duty anti-corrosion protective tape production technology from the UK.
In October, the first batch of PVC bitumen tape entered the international market.
In March, we started the company's infrastructure renovation project.
In June, the pilot production of the viscoelastic pipeline coating system was successfully completed.
In January, we completed the construction of our new office building and moved in.
In May, we signed a technical exchange and cooperative processing agreement with Polish company ANTCOR LTD for PVC bitumen tape.
In July, the viscoelastic coating material was certified by DVGW, a globally renowned laboratory.
In September, we successfully launched the PAS ring-welded hot shrinkage casing.
In December, we obtained the PVC asphalt tape certification from Singapore (SETSCO).
In January, we carried out a comprehensive internal restructuring, leveraging its expertise and manufacturing capabilities to implement the "Second Entrepreneurship" initiative.
In March, we will further implement our "second entrepreneurship" plan to expand the manufacturing capacity by building a workshop of 1,360 square meters. Full operation was achieved within the year.
In April, relying on the international Denso brand, we developed and produced Vaseline tape system materials.
